Just a reminder the food program is providing breakfasts and lunches to all community members 1 - 18 years of age. It is free of charge. Contact the school for more information. Although it is not as elaborate as last spring, it is getting good reviews!
Please be mindful of your contacts with others. There has been a confirmed case with someone associated with Ellsworth High School as well as a case associated with the Bangor YMCA. We will be monitoring the developments closely. Stay safe! We are looking forward to seeing students tomorrow.
The first test of the Emergency Call/Contact system was done last Friday, October 2nd. If you did not receive an alert/text message or call on your phone, please contact the Airline Community School office at: 584-3012 or email Kimberly Haley at: firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can update our system. Thank you.
Good morning. Mrs. Jones and I have collaborated to create a Zoom link each day so that I am available to help with questions in the 3-5 classroom. Please check the classroom online to access my meeting times. Thank you.
Good morning. Quick reminder to check the Activity and News pages on the website for updates and information regarding school activities. Thank you to all who have responded regarding the Summer Food Service Program. We will begin meal pick-up on Monday, October 5th.

There's been some confusion about which days are remote completely and which are hybrid. The Activity Calendar on this website has each day scheduled through October. Thanks!

Everyone on our weekly meal group received an email on Tuesday with next week's menu and an interactive form to submit with choices. If you did not receive the email, please let me know today so that I can get one out to you. Thank you.
Happy Monday! A new week, a new meal menu! Please let the school know if you did not receive the email with the interactive response form. Those were sent out last Thursday.. This form is important so that Kathy is able to properly prepare for the next week's meals for our students. If you did not receive an email or would like to be added to the nutrition program for both in-school and remote days, please contact Kim Haley at email@example.com. Thank you.
***Please be informed: USCellular is in the process of setting up their 5G network. Customers may experience a possible disruption of services over the next 24 - 28 hours. Please note that the teachers are aware and will do their best to accommodate any issues that may arise.
Welcome back to school for Week #2. Thank you to everyone who submitted the form for your meal choices! It really helped us out a lot. There were several suggestions to help make it easier that I appreciate! Feedback is always welcome. Remember to check your email each Thursday for the next weeks' choices.
Good morning and Happy Friday to all!! The menu for next week is now posted under dining. Look for an email to be delivered today with an interactive form that you can fill out and submit to the school to let us know which meals your child will be having. Hope everyone has a safe and happy weekend!
Good morning! I wanted to let everyone know that parents are able to fill out the Free and Reduced Paperwork for the School Nutrition program online! Please go to the school website, go to "documents" and you will see the tab for "Online Application". This feature is quick and easy and negates the need to fill out that paperwork! We will get a notification directly to my inbox that states an application has been received and I will have instant verification of status. If you have any questions, please give me a call!!
First day of classes at the Airline Community School is in the books! We hope you all were able to connect with your teachers. First day paperwork has either been mailed to you or sent home with your child. If you have any questions, please call the school tomorrow or Wednesday.
Superintendent's welcome to the 2020-21 school year is on the News page!
