Good morning. I just wanted to share with you an ongoing project we've initiated in our middle school class. On Monday afternoon's we've been discussing aspects of 1st Aid. It started weeks ago from a recess conversation. Being naturally isolated here, what would you do if you, or your family & friends found themselves in a First Aid situation? How would you react, and provide some needed 1st aid?
Our lessons have focused on the basics, including the importance of the 911 call.
FIRST AID MOTTO -
"Preserve life – stop the person from dying. Prevent further injury – stop the person from being injured even more."

Do you believe in UFO's? We did have a visitor here at school in our middle school Science class. THE ARRIVAL CUBE appeared in our school hallway. A science experience in Observation, data collection, and basic engineering.
Once again, a second sighting happened during our latest School Board meeting. Great job, School Board members & Parents. Your selfless bravery in the space walk was impressive. BRAVO!

Boys and Girls basketball practice has been canceled for today 01/12/2022. We have a number of students out and not enough for practices today. The next practice will be Tuesday, January 18th.

I wanted to let everyone know our breakfast and lunch menu for Monday as I was not able to get January's menu out before the break.
Monday 01/03:
Breakfast: Muffin, cereal, peaches and milk.
Lunch: Hot open faced chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes, mixed fruit, and milk.
We're having a wonderful day here at school. After working on our Ice Age Science Assessment, we treated the class to popcorn & the Christmas classic, Home Alone!
